I am a passionate, mission-driven leader with significant professional experience in physician services and group practice, strategy, market and business development, mission and values integration, community building and community benefit programs, population health and market segmentation and operations leadership roles in healthcare and higher education. I enjoy being a collaborative leader, who builds teamwork across divisions and develops and motivates internal talent. I have a demonstrated ability to articulate a vision, develop strategies and tactics to achieve objectives and build and mobilize high-performing teams that produce results across complex and diverse environments.
I enjoy volunteering in the community and do many service projects with both schools and parish communities in southwest Washington. I have a passion for kids and for the poor and vulnerable in our community. I have served on multiple boards in both education and health care and I currently serve on the Board of the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington.
