Tucker Stevens is an Associate with Point B Property Development. He has over 10 years’ experience in construction management and environmental consulting and enjoys using his strategic thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills on complex development projects. Tucker has expertise in regulatory negotiation, permitting, managing sub-consultants, performing construction work inspections, and managing design changes, change orders, and schedule. Tucker has led the design and preparation of construction documents for environmental engineering projects and worked as the owner’s representative on a variety of projects.

Tucker has a BS in chemical engineering from Montana State University, a MS in environmental engineering from the University of Vermont, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington. In a previous life, Tucker cultivated a career teaching skiing at Big Sky in Montana and filled his time fly fishing, mountain biking, and kayaking. Tucker now lives in Seattle with his wife, two young daughters, and a yellow lab.
