Yesterday was the grand opening of the new Amazon Books bookstore in Seattle.  A physical store, focused on books and the company's media devices, brings Amazon steps closer to competing in an Omni-Channel marketplace. The store maintained a line at the door for most (if not all) of the day, but once inside the store felt open and accessible.  Sales associates were easy to find and highly engaged.
